Are you trying to move to much weight? I had this problem early on. I stopped trying to lift heavy on shoulder day and I just blew them out with tons of reps with light weight and hit them from every angle. Once I started doing that it wasn't long before they started to strengthen. If your shoulders are strong it will definitely help with your chest. Im not so sure about your back though? If your shoulders are hurting on back day you may want to look at your form. I always know when my form is off because I will feel it in my delts. Just my 2 cents bro.
