Thanks that's what I've been doing. I do have the problem I want to arch my back that I stay lighter trying to correct it. Was wondering if I wasn't arching a little just don't know it.

It could be its hard to say. Are you doing a very slow and controlled lift? Inhaling during the negative rep and exhaling during the press and contraction?

I took last week off. Then started back up this week and this week I have started feeling it. Also it seems like since I took the week off I have been able to lift more on everything

I would go a bit lighter the next 2 weeks and focus on your form and breathing. When I lose my breathing rhythm I will cramp or if im straining and start pushing weird with my legs ill get the sciatic nerve pain up my whole body and or cramps in my butt cheeks upper leg. Hope this helps...I rotate weeks where I focus on pushing max weight, then next focus on contraction. just my 2 cents
