Does anyone have a source of Franco Columbo's training and philosophy?

How do you feel about over training and this routine?

I don't believe in over training on cycle as long as your diet and rest are in check. My workouts are based on these old school guys routines. I don't feel satisfied unless I absolutely can't do anymore.

If it's good enough for franco it's certainly good enough for me!
