To train or not to train when sick

So my wife is on t3/clen and she is hot constantly. I work out in the heat all day then come home and the house has been ice cold. Like as low as the ac will go plus a window unit in our room for at night we like it cool. Anyway a few days of this and now i am sick. Sore throat nasty ass mucus coughing all that nasty shit. But im mid cycle and dont want to lay off training. Im on LF test prop npp and tbol. Does gear help you recover from sickness quicker? Always wondered that. Anyway what do yall think i should do

As someone who's sick right now, take the rest. I lifted yesterday and did terribly with numbers falling through the floor. Rest, drink plenty of water, and sleep. You'll need it and those few days od rest go a really long way.

Sounds great.. I think you should avoid from hard workout for some days.. Just try some normal exercises which keeps you active.. if you do workout as you did earlier it would cause some injuries and it would difficult to recover

One rule is never train with the flu. Generally its subjective. I usually lean towards resting but I very rarely get sick so usually if I am sick it's fairly serious
