Just another fad to milk the sheeple.
Crossfit generally just something that keeps people active. I hate it because of how annoying it is, but as long as people are exercising, let 'em keep being annoying and destroying their bodies.

Good Read.I consider cross-fit like i do P90X and Intensity stuff. Any physical activity will get you fit.Its WHAT YOU want to get out of it.If you want to look "average" then crossfit.I prefer to look like a bodybuilder,BIG & BAD!
Crossfit is a great workout for athletes who play sports but not optimal for competitive bodybuilders.
Not a crossfit guy here. My goals are far simpler....1) Get bigger, 2) Get stronger 3) Get bigger. Crossfit seems to be too much movement with not enough weight...IMO. But there are those who swear by it. Just not me.
