Well it depends on what you want your goals to be bro.
There are TONS and TONS of different bodybuilding routines. Just switch to a new routine. In the bodybuilding section there are a bunch posted.
Crossfit is just another fad and and doesn't focus on any technique or form and you are more likely to injure yourself while doing it.

I think it totally depend on your goals and body type but i can understand you get bore when keep following a workout routine for a long time i think for general fitness crossfit style training is much good
