      This goes back to that post kicks had about extending your range of motion. Also with your stance you increase balance and can focus more on the pull. I like it, thanks for sharing Clark.

      Ive been starting my work out with them so I can go heavier and it literally feels like my arms are gonna explode by the end of the routine. The stretch is the best I have found

      I was rearranging my arm routine this week, and forgot about cable curls...thanks for the reminder and the tip! Gonna give these a try next time arm day rolls around...

      Those standing cable curls are great. If I do them I usually add them on at the end to finish off. Are you doing them in the beginning or the end of your training session

      I no longer do standing just kneeling. I am doing them at the beginning right now so I can go heavier I was doing them at the end and still great but im getting stronger doing them first.

      I love these. I incorporate them into my bicep work outs every so often. If you want to spice it up a little you can release you grip lightly with your fingers on the relaxation phase of the exercise and then curl your fingers back in on the contraction phase then you can work out your forearms at the same time.
