I have been doing standing 2 arm overhead bicep curls for years and I haven't really been hitting my Bicep the way I should. I recently started doing this same exercise on my knees instead of standing and my god what a difference! my arms immediately responded to this! they have gotten thicker and stronger and more dense. I think maybe I was to tall to get the full stretch and proper range of motion. I recommend you guys give this a shot.
