I was rearranging my arm routine this week, and forgot about cable curls...thanks for the reminder and the tip! Gonna give these a try next time arm day rolls around...
Those standing cable curls are great. If I do them I usually add them on at the end to finish off. Are you doing them in the beginning or the end of your training session

I'll have to give this a shot. I just started doing these so I still get a good pump from doing the standing version
Wish I could do the behind the head,but my shoulder prevents me from it.
I love these. I incorporate them into my bicep work outs every so often. If you want to spice it up a little you can release you grip lightly with your fingers on the relaxation phase of the exercise and then curl your fingers back in on the contraction phase then you can work out your forearms at the same time.
