You have to rest as much as we dont always want to. If you are going to be in a long term situation of long hours everyday, then you can try hitting the weights in the morning after breakfast very high intensity and short gym time. and your days off work hit your longer sessions like legs and back.
You can throw in things like peptides and natty gh boosters and things to help sleep more rest full. But nothing can really replace a solid 6-8 hours sleep.
I have horrible insomnia problems myself and I'm sure I would be on a higher level than I am if I could get better sleep some how.
