      If your going to be doing it just short term, a few weeks to a month go make the money. Take a rest from the gym except just maybe some light sessions to keep you feeling good, keep eating right, and get a little otc sleep aid to help you rest. Then when you get back to normal schedule go balls to the wall, amd you will grow again anyway from the shock to you muscles.

      yea have your rest mate as the others say. a workout with those hours of work will ruin me for sure.
