If they give it to someone I doubt the amount of hormones could hurt them. Tap water in alot of cities has a rather large amount of meds and hormones ( estrogen/birth control) in it and people dont die from it.
If your iron is too high to be usable they will discard it on their own and send you a letter to go to a doc for therapeutic blood donations.
Na they finger pricked me before even drawing it and it was barely passing but it did pass on the iron test
If you do that you risk not being able to donate in the future

I figure if I give blood they should be thankful . A little bit of hormones is Probally the least of the recipients problem .

Don't worry about it bro. They can't do anything if they did find steroids in it and if it is given to someone it will not do anything to them.

I figure it'll just give me a boost in healing! Some old bastard will wake up with a hardon in the hospital!
Don't think it would be a big deal since if anything, they'd use more of your blood type from other people too and the amount of meds/hormones will be nil
I give blood every couple of months for the same reasons as OP. Lowers my RBC and Iron. I don't think they just discard it if your iron levels are to high. They can use platelets or something like that. My chiropractor explained it to me but I can't remember exactly what it was that they can still use.
My iron levels were off the chart a while back and I gave blood and even my chiropractor was amazed at the difference it made. I always go back to the same place to give blood and they have never said anything to me about iron levels or anything else. So I wouldn't worry about it bro. Your doing the community and yourself a good deed. I'm sure there are ways to filter the blood so its still useable for someone that needs it.
Donating is a must if your using AAS over long periods of time! You did it right my brother! Like Kubes said, if you tell them your your using AAS they can ban you from donating then your on your own!
