Just curious to see what you guys do that works. I used to have a huge bull neck in high school when I wrestled but can't imagine doing now what I used to do then for neck drills.

My neck has just grown with the rest of me over time . Actually so much so that I now sleep every single night with a C-pap machine .
I haven't done any neck exercises since high school football .
