I didn't know they still made those. My friend got one in like 1982. We thought it was cool back then. Today I think it would be to uncomfortable for me to not let my arms move a little while doing curls. I would get tendon pain in a hurry.

See if the next guy to say something actually has bigger arms than you. If not, ask him why he's talking shit with skinny arms.
Milk is for babies, when you're a man you must drink beer.

I have an arm blaster and I love the isolation I get. I like to do a lot of different things to change up my training and work the muscles in different ways, and the arm blaster is a great way for me to introduce some variation into my arm training. I bought it because my arms had always been a weak point for me, but they are slowly but surely catching up.

Fuck the haters, don't bother with the opinions of people who aren't even on your level and probably lift like pussies. Whenever I bring mine in people actually seem interested in it and ask me if they can use it. Either way, just do you

      I need one

imo, arm blaster a are definitely necessary. You can overload properly and isolate the biceps. That's the one problem with barbell curls - you're gonna definitely use a little momentum when trying to progress.

arnold used it. it definitely works. it gives you perfect form for curls as long as your not swaying forward and back.
