Used one for a period of time years ago andit definitely helped me perfect my form when doing barbell and easy bar curls. Like everyone else has said we have to do what we find works best for us since everyone is different.

Just got one recently. Not sure if I like it quite yet. I mean it works okay, maybe I gotta get used to it.

Funny I was just looking for my old one the other day. Its really no different than someone using the pad for preachers. I would do this before hip thrusters

I seen a few guys I knew bring one in back in the day, thought to myself - this looks cool - and I tried it out. Loved it. That thing just tore up my arms an worked them in ways that I wasn't able to without it. Who cares what those hip thrusting, balance ball pushers think!

LOL!
I saw this post just now after only yesterday seeing two old guy use one in the gym for the first time I have seen one in over 20 years. These two old guys were using one all herky jerky with waaaay to much weight doing cable curls. First thing I noticed was one had a pretty obvious bicep tear and then noticed the other cat had BILATERAL tears. The Arm Blaster is probably unrelated to this but still gives me pause.
How much crap does one really want to carry to and from the gym with him anyway? I saw a guy with a 5 kilo tub of weight gainer in his bag on the gym floor. Hell, I hate carrying around 1.5 liters of water and a fairly empty gym bag.

They're all jealous. My old gold's used to have one and everyone looked at me when I used it also because it made my arms look so big.
Keep killing it big dawg

Never used one and I'm not sure it's exactly necessary.
