I find anything that helps to stabilize the elbows can help to get an angle or mechanical leverage on the bicep. So I don't use my arm blaster that much, but when I do I don't feel like its not worth it. Angles and Elbows seem to be a good thing to focus on for most moves. Tricep extensions ill go elbows to the floor to create stability. Bicep curls ill stick my elbows to my hips, use a concentration curl setup, or use an arm blaster.
