4x10 skull crushers
4x10 curls
4x15 db extensions
4x15 hammer curls
chug a shake. repeat every 30 minutes.
The whole thing is absurd.

I did an hour straight of those sets back to back to back I had a good pump for a couple of days

I don't have a problem with Rich Piana, but that whole 8hr arm BS is just that....BS!
He made it up to get clicks, think about it. How many views did other youtubers get when they did things like ct fletcher iron marathon and mike rashid doing 200 reps, etc. Rich decided to make this up and use his big arms as the example to get clicks and to "explain" how he got those big arms.....
I'm gonna try the 8 grams of test workout out with the 8 hour workout.
If I'm gonna be a hardo im going all out
8 hours of arms...... I am flat out rubbing one out due to tren cramps in my bicep and forearms
