      Yes that's a fact but you have one large meal. Do the work out and have one shake every hour during then big meal after ...

      The brilliant individual who thought this up prescribes the following:
      Huge Breakfast
      16 protein shakes

      4x10 skull crushers
      4x10 curls
      4x15 db extensions
      4x15 hammer curls

      chug a shake. repeat every 30 minutes.

      The whole thing is absurd.

      I did an hour straight of those sets back to back to back I had a good pump for a couple of days

      I don't have a problem with Rich Piana, but that whole 8hr arm BS is just that....BS!

      He made it up to get clicks, think about it. How many views did other youtubers get when they did things like ct fletcher iron marathon and mike rashid doing 200 reps, etc. Rich decided to make this up and use his big arms as the example to get clicks and to "explain" how he got those big arms.....
