30 degree incline dumbell 5 sets
pec deck 5 sets
I change it every 4-6 weeks but 2 press lifts and usually 2 fly type lifts and sometimes dips at the end

bench press- 135 to failure x 4
wide grip - 115 to failure x 2
close grip- 115 to failure x 2
decline bench- 115 to failure x 4
incline dumbell press 15-20 reps to failure x 4
dumbell flys 10-15 reps to failure x 4
decline machine 1 plate to failure x 4
fly machine 10-20 reps to failure x 4
I change mine up every month or so it keeps the muscles guessing, right now is light weight high rep, focus on contracting the muscle completely and squeezing at the end of the motion, flat bench, incline bench, incline flyes, straight arm dumbbell pullovers, and peck deck
The only true failure is quitting, any other attempt is practice!
Sex, I cannot count how many push ups I do on test and tren.
Incline press 4sets of 8-10 followed by incline flyes
Decline press 4 sets of 8-10
Flat dumbbell press 3 sets of 10
Cable crossovers 4sets of 12-14
Pullovers w/60 lb dumbbell 4sets of 8
Basic Chest routine I use.I'll change up sets & reps depending on how I feel and I'll throw in a different exercise to add muscle confusion.
I switch it up every 2 or 3 months, but always come back to this one....
Barbell Flat Bench 5x5, 3:00 rest
Dumbbell Neutral Grip Incline (palms facing each other), 4x10, 2:00 rest
Dumbbell Pullovers squeezing chest at the top and not going far enough back to activate lats, 3x12, 1:30 rest
Dumbbell Flyes on a slight incline (first notch), 3x15, 45 sec rest.
