Lots of different pressing variations if you don't have shoulder issues, you have to understand the pectoral muscles purpose to work your chest correctly. Really slow down your rep speed and tempo and actually focus on your chest when you work it.

Chest muscle building is a difficult thing to achieve but with proper training, everything is possible. Here are exercises you can rely on to build your chest. Note that these training must be supported with a solid food diet. Such as whey protein. Here are some of the exercises you must do.
      Barbell Bench Press
It allows you to move most of your weight. Using heavy dumbbell is recommended. It is easier to learn and increases body strength.
Flat Bench Dumbbell Press- when lifted dumbbells recruit stabilizer muscles and allow for a longer range of motion both at the top and the bottom.
Flat Dumbbell – although they should not be performed alongside the barbell bench press because they serve the same purpose, they are the best for muscle activation.
