my workouts usually run 1 1/2 to 2 hours like on Mondays chest /tri day I start out with a measly 135 1 set of 20 to 25 then I increase to 185 for a set of ten to 12 to 15 then I jump to 225 for a set of 10 to 15 reps I do this with all exercises .. it gives me a warm up set plus my tri's are already worked ny the time I get to them but can still put in a hell of a work out .
