Is it possible to maintain physique without a gym?

Because my job calls for it, I may be stuck out in the middle of nowhere. I have three sets of dumbells. 50 lbs being the highest. (I'm more about being toned than being big, anyway. My body fat is 6%. Stats aren't really relevant, anyway.) I'm just wondering if I could maintain my physique with what I have, and cardio and body weight exercises.
      Thanks.

Sure you are just going to have to be creative. With 50 lb dumbbells you can certainly train your chest to failure. Do presses directly into flys with them

When i dont have a gym I use Resistance bands, jump rope, when I worked in the oil field and wasn't able to come home I found heavy pipe to do curls for example. Just about every town has a park, sometimes I do park runs....I run to a park, do lunges, dips, pull ups...random routine. Sometimes run to another park from there and do the same thing. You'll find a way bro. Could even bring a portable dvd or something and try p90x or some shit, anything to keep the modivation going. Good luck.

Pull ups, push ups and dips. That's what they use in the joint when there's no weight stacks. And if you're creative with the resistance bands and dumbbells you can really get in a good workout!

Absolutely! You can train your entire body with what you have. Diet is key. Eat clean.

As above has stated yes you can. Especially if you have dumbbells. You can do rows, squats, deads, flys, bench press, overhead presses, tricep extensions, crunches, pushups, tricep dips with a chair and the list goes on bro.

We can maintain our fitness without gym. With doing regular exercise like walk and jogging at home and also yoga we can maintain fitness. Diet is also important. With diet food we can maintain fitness.
