About 5-6 weeks ago Derek Poundstone posted a video on periscope about his arm work out. He banged out 100 reps, curls with an axel bar (straight bar but thicker) so 45lbs. He did this, went into his tricep which was also 100 reps, a superset. He rested maybe 2-3 min then did this again for a total of 3 super sets.
I tried this this and it's a serious smoker. A better pump then any other arm workout I have ever done. I'm actually afraid of this workout now, it smoked me that much but holy shit it was awesome...

100 reps in one set? I thought 21s burned! Damn I gotta give this a shot. I get some awesome pumps with high rep exercises myself. I tried the L citraline DL malate for better pumps. It was recommended to me as a cheaper alternative to no explode. Anyone else ever tried it out?

Give yourself a break from training biceps with back. Little wonder you're biceps are probably fatigued from hitting back first.
Train biceps with triceps, superset as another member mentioned and I guarantee you're arms will be pumped!!

I kinda do something like this. Empty straight bar do about 30 reps then go and do a set of calves then go straight back to curls. I aim for 30 reps each set then back to calves. I do at least 100 reps total for each exercise. I love it!
