Whats your work out down day schedule
Just curious to see what your down days are and to see what works best for you. Mine is 2 on and 1 off and repeat

Different all the time depending on work day I try to go 4-5 times a week

I lift every other day Monday, Wednesday, Friday with Saturday being an off day. I do martial arts Tuesday, Thursday and sometimes Friday if not I hit some cardio on Sunday. I apparently have no life. Lol other than work and working out.

I could think of worst habits to have lol i do the same man work then work out. It's a vicious cycle 😂

Favorite routine that always go back to is 2 days lifting, 1 day cardio and stretching, repeat that, then a day off (usually Friday in case I need to hit happy hour). 6 days of workin out place one day of rest per week.

Generally 5 days a week lifting, usually with an off day after deadlifts and a day off after squats. Sometimes I'll sneak in a sixth day of cardio/abs/weak point training (such as calf work or whatever else I feel needs improvement). If the wife's driving me nuts, a seventh day isn't unheard of either...lol.

Mine is 5 on 2 off. I take the weekends off because the gym is a 20 minute drive from home and the weekends are time with my family so gym has to take a back seat.

Got to get that family time in. Luckily the misses shares the same passion i do. So we get enjoy are gym time together
