you are definitely leaning out. Love seeing real pics and real results. None of this i lost 10 lbs of fat and gain 20 lbs of muscle is 30 days crap!!

It definitely didn't happen over night lol. I hate seeing this commercials for things like hydroxiy cut. People will believe anything.

Thanks broski I'm on the bulk now looking a little more sloppy. But soon as spring hits it's back to cut again. Hopefully i will have put on 10 pounds of quality muscle after i bulk up and then trim down
