      Best routine workout with cardio with first cycle

      Hello,
      ill be starting my first cycle soon and would like to know what you guys think of the best routine with cardio workout for good results .
      Im pretty flexible on days and time so there is no limitation

      Welcome brother. That all depends on your level of experience and what kind of goals you have in mind. Bulking, cutting or purely endurance to name a few. Maybe post up your stats and a little of your experience with training and what you plan on running during your cycle.

      I'd definitely suggest cardio after weights whatever you decide to do,body uses glycogen as fuel and weight training doesn't use near the amount as cardio and your body will be in fat burning stage already when you get to the cardio
      As Ben stated,we need stats,goals and type of cycle to make any suggestions bro

      It doesnt matter when i do cardio .. My time is flexible .. I have been in the gym for a while now like 1 year and half
      i lost 85 pounds in first year and have been mainting my weight for the past couple of the month .. Any routine that you guys think will be good for building lean mass with cardio

      For me cardio is dreaded but a must. I do treadmill 20 min 3 times per week. Like everyone says depending on your goals. If your over weight body % in the 20s or above thats when i would do 20min 3 times a day to lean down. Now when i got body% down below 15% i quit doing cardio and increased my the time in between reps. Adding more of a cardio affect to my work out. Doing this i was able to not have to do the dreaded cardio. But the only down side was it didn't take the weight off around the belly section. In us older cats its harder to get rid of it there. While bulking i slow down in between reps and feel the weight i pushing. Its almost a magical experience you will here some of the vets talk about it kinda being one with your weights. Feeling every muscle as you push and pull. So in the end its all in your goals what you want to look like my brother. Hope this helps

      I would seperate your weight training and cardio if you want more muscle mass. If you combine them most people hit weights first then finish off with cardio. I hit high intensity cardio three times a week. I get the best cardio doing mma style exercises. Rich Franklin used to do a crazy cardio and weight training combination that I tried and my cardio was top notch. He did two or three minutes on a treadmill or 6 wind sprints then hit a circuit of various weighted exercises then straight to heavy bag, rest a minute then repeat. Just get creative and have fun. Nothing better for weight loss in my opinion than jogging.

      Yeah thanks man .. Its been hard i dropped from 285 to 200 now im at 210 i dont know the current bf because of some skin also showing around my stomach .. I wanna get shreded and lose some bf .. I will be doing cardio and with var they said it will help loose some fat .. Im 6 1andhalf
