L-Carnitine l-arginine and glutimine supplemention
does any one use these to help glycogen replacement before or after workouts and to help promote a more anabolic rate and decrease catabolic has this actualy helped any one grow or is iut just more wasted money on bullshit .I know the brach chain amino acids help a lot but what about everything else . how much did u take of what for how long what were the results positive or nothing and how was your workouts better harder punps faster recovery ?

As far as recovery I feel Glutamine is the single most important thing you can use to assist in recovery go 5 grams pre and 5 grams post. L-Carnitine I use only during cutting as I feel it assist in fatty acid oxidization.

I don't use for those reasons but was going to use l-carnitine for fat loss, don't think the others have enough research behind them to buy
