does any one use these to help glycogen replacement before or after workouts and to help promote a more anabolic rate and decrease catabolic has this actualy helped any one grow or is iut just more wasted money on bullshit .I know the brach chain amino acids help a lot but what about everything else . how much did u take of what for how long what were the results positive or nothing and how was your workouts better harder punps faster recovery ?
