I can't for the life of me get a good pump in my biceps or chest anymore! It's like bodybuilding purgatory.
My biceps and chest are still growing but I miss the damn pump.
I've tried training heavy like CT Fletcher, and light and concentrated like Rich Piana and Kai Greene. I am constantly mixing up my routine too so I don't think it's an issue of muscle memory.
Does this ever happen to you and what do you do to break this?
