That was a very good, thoughtful read, and supports my own ideas for maximizing training, and diet. I've found that focus, and determination are key for me. Easch rep gets its specific attention, like your kids, or anything else that requires specific attention to detail. Determination is required to maintain focus, to keep tight with diet and your training routines. Can't be lazy, no blowing it off and grabbing some high calorie food instead.
Training time is like mini vacations; 2 hours per day for 6 days a week adds up to a nice big vacation. Let's see here...12 x 52 =624 hours per year. 624/24= 26 days of vacation time! Then, when you go on vacation, you look fucking awesome. But, one can't look awesome unless one trains and diets correctly
