      Preventing razor burn?

The other day I was given a hint that my wife might enjoy a shaved chest and belly. Alright, I'll give it a go. HOLY FUCKING SHIT! It looks like I have the goddamn chicken pox there are so many red bumps! Being shaved looked pretty great the first day so I'd like to continue doing it, but fuck me the razor burn looks/feels terrible.

How do I prevent this from happening?

I shave in the shower and use green alcohol for after shave. I've had trouble with my neck years ago until someone turn me on to the alcohol.

I'm particularly interested in the veet. Think I'll try that first.

It takes you a while to get used to it . I would use a fresh razor from here on out .
I use hair condition as shaving cream and works well . Good shaving cream is expensive .
Just be glad you don't nick yourself .

A tip I got from my wife a while back, which has helped me. I used to get razor burn on my neck every time. Shave in the shower and do it first. Something about getting cold after shaving pushes the hair follicles to the surface and can cause razor burn. Since I started shaving my neck in the shower and staying in for a few minutes after I have not had razor burn once. Could be the cold thing or not.
