Thread: physique pictures at test levels of 191 what are realistic expectations from TRT?

I was recently prescribed on TRT at 200mg/week by a doc. My symptoms were all psychological, ie. anxiety, depression, exhaustion, feeling of everything being lame and boring, antisocial and I started to gain some body fat and loose some muscle. I went to the doc had blood work, showed my levels at 191s serum and 4.4 free. Please note I believe my test levels are the result of stress, because I have never used anabolics before today's first injection at the doctors office. my main objective from the TRT is to get rid of my psychological symptoms, but I'm just curious about the physique part too, i mean who wouldn't be.

I have not really made any progress over the last year. I would take 2 steps forward then rapid 3 steps backward for no apparent reason other than exhaustion
