Advice
Looking for advice for a co worker...good friend. 43, 5'6" about 165, about 14bf with a good layer of muscle underneath. The foundation is there. He hasnt cycled since his 20's. Works out and is active. Hes going to run Test C at 250/wk and Deca at 300/wk. He really wants to stay low dose, hope hes not too low. I dont want him to have trouble with PCT...any suggestions ? HCG or Clomid ?...one of the 2...if HCG, the during cycle theory kind of makes sense to me ? Im TRT so I have no skills there.
He wants to cut more than bulk and knows diet is key, so hes good there, pretty much looking for advice on best PCT...but open to suggestions on anything else.

He seems underweight to be cutting. But he should get some bloods first.If they look good he won't have a problem with PCT.

I had forgot I threw this up...hey thanks bobhead....agreed with the bloods, as Ive mentioned it, but ?? I can only advise him...he's still hasnt started, not sure what hes waiting on.

Deca is pretty suppressive so I would run a six week pct as well. Clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20/20
