Thread: Cutting advice after first cycle

Well brothers the after cycle effects are starting to hit. I ran test e at 500mg for 10 weeks and gained 20 lbs. Did a month of pct with clomid and nolva and was still getting stronger (maybe cause esters were still kicking). I did not start pct till 2 weeks after last shot either. Anyways to my question...
I have read to keep cals high after cycle which I did but I added a lil fat I Wana cut.. but when? Wait a lil while or do time off at maintenance cals and then run an actual cutting cycle? I wanted to do a test/deca for a nice second winter bulker, but I am already above 15 percent bf and want to be fairly lean (sub 12 percent) in the long run. Its a couple weeks after clomid and nolva and weighed myself today. I lost 5 lbs but I look fatter help a brother out

There's a part of me that just wants to hit a cut hard right before a nice bulking cycle, but is it a really bad idea to cut down off cycle? I was just wandering if any bros have experience with doing so.
