      help with training sched?

      hey guys so i been training on and off for a couple years. just started back up like 4 months ago and have been very dedicated. running a current cycle at the moment too just trying to see what kind of program could be optimal for me
      so im 23 years old weight134lbs height 5'9 body fat% 8-9
      training sched
      shoulders
      chest/tris
      abs
      back/bis
      legs
      day for lagging body parts
      rest

      try and stick to a lot of compound lifts and normally do 3-4 sets of anything rep range anywhere from 8-15 reps depending on the workout. also been trying to eat a shit ton because gaining mass is kinda difficult for me. i know A LOT of people on here are very experienced and are in amazing shape and thats great. im really trying my best to go up to about 150 at least and maintain the same body fat percentage by the end of this cycle (test e 400mg for 12 weeks) ik a lot will say im nowhere near where i should be to even consider running a cycle. and i get that im stupid for doing it but i just really am dying to make some gains. feedback on my training program would be great and i am trying to eat 3k calories a day as i know i have to eat a shit ton. so please even if u criticize (which ik some will) please try and at least be nice about it. thanks brothers

      Training wise when I started I tried everything you'll learn what your body responds to but 8-15 reps is good but if your not gaining mass try lowering your reps to 5 reps and I always go to failure on working sets so if I get 10 reps that's all I can do couldn't get one more. Try that also try drop sets, pyramid sets. Also if your not gaining maybe try 4000 calories instead you can't eat enough when your starting. Don't worry about a little fat gain either don't go crazy but a little fat won't hurt.
