O man...SOOOO much could go into that... What are your plans? Do you ever want to compete? What is your current AAS cycle? TRT?
Im fairly new to everything but i want to get up around 200 lbs and be lean,i dont compete ,and im on a 100mg trt dose

Pains question is important but to just jump the gun and give you a thought on diet.....
oats & eggs. about 3/4 c to a cup of oats. and about 8 egg whites and 1 whole egg
for second meal eat the same. so prepare 1-1/2 c oats and divide in half and cook up 16 whites and 2 whole eggs. this is a time saver.
Meal 3 6 to 8 oz of chicken or 8 to 10 oz FISH & 2 cups veggie
Meal 4 same as 3 except add about a half a sweet potato.
Meal 5 Same as 3 except for veggie eat asparagus (dieuretic)
Meal 6 6 to 8 oz beef with 2 cups veggies and half a sweet tater.
Meal 7 1 cup greek yogurt or 2 tbl PB and 4 stalks 0f celery.... or hummus and celery. Or PB on rice cakes. or a big plate of eggwhites with spinach and salsa
ADJUST ACCORDINGLY. THIS MAY OR MAY NOT BE ENOUGH CALORIES.
