Hello brothers i am just looking for some advice/ critique on my diet and training. My goal is to lean out losing as much fat as possible whilst holding on to the little muscle i have. Age:28 height 6ft .7 weight: 12stone
If you would like any more info please just ask. Also if anyone could give me an estimate bf% i would appreciate it. Many thanks.
Current training program.
mon: morning, cardio. (2 miles on treadmill a few 30 second sprints and a bit of incline brisk walking, rowing for 1500mtrs and cycle about 2 miles. afternoon full upper body workout 3 exercises per muscle 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
Tuesday. Legs 4 expresses 3-4 sets 8-12 reps.
wedneday. Day off
Thirsday Same as Monday -
Friday same as Tuesday
sat same as wednesday
etc etc
Typical Diet trying to get at least 1900calories a day but usually 2000 at a 40 40 20fat.
Meal 1 - 60-70g of oats 50g of peanut butter 3 tablespoons of fat free youngert and a table spoon of blue berries or mixed fruit.
meal 2 can of tuna with 2 slices of brown and a little butter (5-6g)
meal 3 diet impact whey protein shake (my protein)
meal 4 130g of chicken / steak with a sweet potato
meal 5 diet impact whey protein shake (my protein)
with a few apples and almond/Brazil nuts included aswell as a skinny protein cookie (my protein)
My plan is to strip the fat so most muscles are visible then bulk up. Eventually getting HUGE.
I used to lift a while ago but fell off the wagon, started boxing and lost lots of weight lots of fat but also lots of muscle. Thinking of doing a test-e anavar cycle. Have previously done a test cycle and loved it. Just wish i kept at the weights.
The absolute last thing you even consider right now is taking steroids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You need to learn how to eat and workout properly. I'm not trying to be mean or hurt your feelings but it doesn't even look like you workout right now. Please don't get mad - I'm trying to help you and these are the same things I'd tell my brother or best friends.
Steroids are performance ENHANCEMENTS which means they enhance an already successful diet and training program where you know what you're doing, see results and are close to reaching your genetic potential. You have a LONG way before you're at that point. If you use gear now you're just going to be spinning your wheels wondering why you are seeing tbe results you want /expect. I can tell you right now - one of your major problems is you're not eating close to enough food.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.
I think you are right bulk_cut. I will forget about using any steroids. I am sure you can understand the appeal pluss already having done them in the past. I have thought you needed to be in a 500calorie a day deficit to lose 1pound a week. Really appreciate you being honest, its what i need.
