What are you all doing? I'm maybe thinking about changing it up a bit but I'm not sure what to do.

Chest/ Triceps
Back/Biceps
Shoulders
Arms (optional)
Legs
Also add in calves at least twice a week and abs once or twice a week. I take rest days as I need them and dont have a set order. If chest is feeling ready then it is chest, ect. Always shoot for a balance though.

Back (deads), traps and deltoids / chest, lats and arms / quads, hams and calves. Like you I'm planning a change in the near future. Probably go back to a push workout (chest, deltoids and triceps), a pull workout (entire back, traps and biceps) and legs.

I did splits early on but didn't like them much. I do sorta full body 3 days a week for over a year now. Helps keep doms under wraps too, only difference is I do some isolation work at the end of each that's more specific.
