WTF HAPPENED WHILE I WAS AWAY?!?!
So I took like a 10 year break from weightlifting and now that I'm back in the gym, I can't take a dump without tripping over some pretty-boy doing retarded pull-ups like he's trying to slip a disc. How did this happen?

Way too much phone use in the gym. I'm OK with using a phone for music and to log workouts while in the gym, but the level of selfies and social media posting while one is supposed to be working out is too damn high.....

I went in to my usual gym on a monday after a three day weekend and they had all this nice crossfit stuff setup. Then came the crossfitters. Total pussies dropping all the weights and doing the stupidest shit exercises you could think of. Two young guys ended up getting hurt within weeks of each other. After the second injury all the crossfit stuff disappeared and it went back to the normal gym. Sadly the second guy that got injured was serious and he was in a coma for a few weeks. From what I heard he is going to have life long injuries.

This is one reason I go at 3-330 in the morning so I don't run into anyone only people there are serious people that are dedicated and the gym is empty pretty much.
