Best advice ever given... "Never miss a leg workout, even if its the only workout you get in that week. The bigger and stronger your legs are, the bigger your whole body will be." This was life changing for me and in a couple year timeframe of destroying my legs I looked like I had doubled in size. I give the same advice to other people, Everyone wants to look like a bodybuilder but the problem is very few people want to do the work. And doing squats / deadlifts are no fun, but the most important thing you can do.

Elbows in on flat bar presses-- changed the way I pressed weight- dramatic increase in strength and less shoulder irritation.
