Talking IFBB Pro Ben Pakulski’s MI40 Extreme 2.0 Training Program

Has anyone else used his program? I didn't see it discussed anywhere on BOP and it's working really well for me.

I went from 185 lbs to 203 lbs this off season following his protocols. I’ve been working out off and on for a while and just plateaued at 185 lbs, but Ben’s plan broke me out of that plateau. Now I feel like I am finally big enough to compete. Has anyone else had a similar experience with MI40 Extreme 2.0? I don't want to make this a commercial or anything, it's not magic and required a lot of hard work, but it worked well for me. If you want to know more about it you can find out more on his site: Cell Expansion Protocol

I like Ben pakulski I think he is very smart the way he works and he likes to prove things through science which is awesome so I bet his training method does help. I watched the video on that website and it showed it for one bicep workout and I can see how that'll work. If it works for you keep grinding and you'll grow. I would be interested to see the other exercises but I wouldn't pay for it that's just me though. But I may try that one and see how it feels the science behind it makes sence.

Thanks @stephen220. It's funny that we seem to not want to pay for knowledge but we are willing to spend a fortune on PEDs. I have the same general aversion -- like I can figure it out myself. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and the program has proven that to me.

Yea that is true I do feel like that but I bet it is worth it. How long did it take you to gain that weight I know you said off season but how many months is that for you also that's a good amount of muscle to gain.
