      It's all good brosef - it's for your own safety bud.

      You definitely have a ton
      Of muscle on you - but it's covered in body fat (much like myself)...although I think you're carrying a lot more muscle on your frame than myself. You're probably in upper 20's if i were guessing.

      Start shedding body fat and you're gonna be not only jacked but ripped as fuck. All about that diet though - and it's hard bro ...I know firsthand obviously lol.

      I'm gonna try eating canned tuna, grilled chicken, and other low carb options to help myself lean out

      You are making a huge mistake starting your calories that low imo. I did it, lost some weight and plateaued in a bad way. The decrease needs to be gradual my friend. If you start at 1900 where are you going to go when you get stuck? 1800 1600 1200? You will be killing your muscle mass. I did 1900 and had to go all the way back up to 3500 and start the whole process again.

      I'm starting at 3450 calories and will log and adjust from there I have a pretty good metabolism for a husky gentlemen

      Im currently around 2300 and after next week will start increasing a bit for a while to try and reset my metabolism. I seem to be at a sticking point again and that was how I broke it last time. Also going to start upping the cardio to 2x per day.
