I really used to hate it. I try to look at it in a different way now. I try to picture myself getting leaner when I am on that treadmill. Kind of embed it in my mind that doing it IS going to get me to my goal.

Well one week in and I'm still dialing my diet in. I'll be honest I have had a few days not go according to plan but with that being said I'm down 14lbs after 7 days. Started at 186lbs now 172lbs Now to get serious and really dialed in. Wanna be shredded by the time my sternum is healed up.

Once you cut and have a wicked set you'll feel great. besides that getting and maintaining abs I find hinders growth as well.

I'm plenty big in my opinion I can add mass after I'm lower in bf if needed. I'm 6'3" 270 right now what you think my shred weight would be. Plus I've been putting muscle on so far while dropping fat. Gotta love Tren for that lol.

Doing a great job and once your leaner I find it easier to gain muscle personally. Keep up the hard work it's deffinitly paying off.
