Travelling Overseas To Train
Does anyone travel over seas to train at certain gyms? If so why?

The farthest I've traveled and trained was Slovakia. Only reason is I was there with my wife visiting family

I always wanted to train in Siberia .... carrying big heavy logs in knee deep snow.
Otherwise not really unless you count the tiny little gyms at resorts.

It's not over seas but where I train is at 7800 ft in elevation and I tell ya what it makes a difference.
When I go down to lower elevations I am so strong and have amazing endurance.

I am now in Thailand. I have found an amazing gym. The MF is bloody ENORMOUS but a bit tucked away. This joint is one serious place. Run by an ex Mr Universe, world title holder boxers training, body builders, power lifters. I will get a picture of the gym Rules I think some of you will get a laugh. Great people, great place. Anyone from here want to come train with me? I would like to see Fatboy join me.....
I have now almost lost 45kg. Still a long way to go. No surrender - No giving up!

"Supplements" are also available in Thailand. Learning a lot here.
