Off topic Josh lenardowitz looked pretty nuts at the Tampa pro it still blows my mind how they're able to put on 20+ lbs of stage weight on an off season

Yup difference 2016 to 2017 was incredible
Unfortunately being as predictable as it is phil would have to come in off to not take it again looking at the line up, looking forward to see what cedric brings he may give him a run for his money if he comes in on point

Yes I'm excited to see what Cedric brings to the table ! One of my favorite pro physiques and just seems like a genuine down to earth guy. Also looking fowsrd to see how rami comes in , I saw a pic last year with aceto at six weeks and then now at six weeks with the oxygen guys and he looks behind. Want to see Nathan deasha I really like his look

Yea i feel cedrics phisique is the direction the mens open needs, and such a deserving and humble person. Always interested to see what ramy brings he needs to stick to one coach and stop chopping and changing all the time.. bader is like the 4th coach in only a matter of a couple of years? DJ, aceto, farrah back to aceto now camel crew haha

He should have stuck with aceto that was the most conditioned he ever came into a show, silly to keep going from cosch to coach to coach. I'll throw my hat in the ring lol
