      Having knee issues

It seems my knees have been bugging me as of late. They've always nagged but it seems like they're getting worse lately to the point where I don't want to push to failure because of them. I believe it's the patellar tendon, right under the knee cap, not behind. I was wondering what you guys use products wise or if you recommend a certain wrap or sleeve for them.

Have you thought about trying bpc 157 and tb500?

It could be that but it wouldn't be the first thing I would look at. The more common causes would be a tight IT Band, tight, TFL, under active glutes (minor probably), a hip hike, under active VMO,
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

A wrap or sleeve will just be adding to the problem and make things worse

I've used both before for muscle Injury, I'm not sure if would help much now, I'm lacking some of the cartilage in my knees

My flexibility isn't the greatest to start with, but I've had some wear and tear from years or use abuse playing sports growing up and then in the gym. You can hear the crepitus in my knees.

I was thinking a wrap to keep them a blood supply to my knees to hopefully loosen up.

I'm probably a lot older than you bro. Because I'm older I do a lot more warmups than I used to. It has helped to a large degree to where I can do deep "ball swingers" now with no problems. One other thing I did when I was having knee issues was kind of rehab. I did only machine leg presses to where I got up eventually (months) to the entire 400 lb stack for reps. When I did finally venture over to the power rack I was shocked at the strength and painless effort of doing full ass to the grass squats with 225 Pain free.

Yeah agreed with electro. I warm up obsessively before doing legs. I've also tried to do low impact cardio exercises such as swimming or stationary bike. As far as healing things go the only things I can recommend are things you probably already do/have done like gh decay and tb500. You can also look into veggies that help decrease inflammation

I'm guilty of now doing a ton of warm up sets. I start with a hami curl and progressively work my way up. Hitting my Hamis first used to solve the problem. Then on my compounds I work my way on my compound lifts a plate or two at a time ubtil I get to my working weight. It used to be that they'd be a little I guess we'll say achy but they will not loosen up lately.
