I believe it truly shows genetics.
Shit I only weigh 230 but can't jump down off the back of my truck anymore without messing something up bad lol

The first time is the worst. You have this little piece of material covering you up and you go in front of hundreds of people. After that you are cincentrating on flexing every muscle and hitting the poses that you forget there are people out there.
I had weak points that I tried to hide with my posing which adds additional stress.

First time was so nerve racking I remember looking out into the audience and being absolutely blinded by the stage lights

Just my opinion maybe "sail"
Or "believer" would probably get you more attention from everyone as a whole.

I stretch and flex to the beat when lifting, sorta telling myself I am practicing. Once in a while I do too good of a job and feel really gay.

But then something like "can't be touched" by roy jones comes on and I'm not gay anymore.
"Flexing to the music? Wtf was I thinking?"

Some of the robotic flex routines are kick ass.

When I can win. I can bet you at least two years away I will see how I look in september. I am gonna look very good but I still think I wont want to step on a stage until I am 235 and 5% bf. Thats a ways out. I am 230 and a fat little boy atm.
