Best Movement for Lower Chest Shape
I am looking to round out the lower chest and am curious what the best shaping movement for this body part is. Any of you brothers have any suggestions?

Try doing your lower chest workout first, while you have the most energy. Good question id be interested in hearing options. It definitely gets neglected

I've started doing more decline bench, and I've noticed a little improvement.

Might throw in some decline db fly’s, decline plate presses, and incline push ups to.

Best Movement for Lower Chest Shape
Try Medium weight decline dumbbell flies where you come out to a fly and extend your arms and then do a half circle down to your hips like you’re making snow angels on the decline do that for a few weeks you’ll see some differences

Please post, if you find an exercise that makes a difference. My chest is the area that I lag in as well. To date, the only thing that has really done anything is simply moving more weight. #POWERBUILDING

if chest sculpitng is your goal. declines.
in fact declines are activating almost the entire pec. more than flat and incline.
decline is the best overall chest development there is.
also try those "from under" cable things , were you get the cross over cables and do like a row but pulling to the front from the back in the same arc as a barbell row.
