A.M. training
Who trains early in the morning? For 40 years now I have been an early morning lifter. I started at 6 am back in the 70s and now get to the gym by 3 am. It is 2:30 am right now and I am about to head out into the cold and make the 20 minute drive to the gym. There is something about early training that just feels right. Anybody else?

I did it when I worked graveyard. Man the gym was practically empty. Loved it. I'm on second shift now and get in there around noon.
I tried night workouts after second shift and just had me wide awake for hours afterwards. Mornings are definitely better. No doubt about it.
