How accurate would you say this test is for bf%

Meh, give or take 3-5% depending on a few factors... if u really wanna know the % number prolly that underwater testing is best followed by a dexa scan... but as long as u look "lean as fuck" does the number matter? Hope this helps bud!

Ok but I lost alot on my pec and thigh measurement but my abb measurement only slightly changed lol

IMO if you're going to bother doing it, do at least 7 pt and be consistent about doing it. (For ex, measure each pt 3x and take the average). It can be interesting to track changes in different areas of your body when you're doing a contest cut, but probably for Joe Avg, easier to take progress photos (in decent lighting) and watch how things change. Use the scale or not - but don't get too hung up on it.
Ugh .. after living with a former female competitor during competition preps, let me tell you about the mindfuck that can come with trying to "measure progress" FML.
