I'm a huge fan of taskmaster. I've run all the ones I posted above and that's by far my favorite. That or creeping death are great.

I would but I respect John too much to do that. These programs are expensive and he puts out so much good free info on his YouTube. It’s worth every penny though!

I see that he says it’s more of a high intensity with a bit less volume than he has been programming. What does that look like over any given week? I’m guessing it isn’t the 5-6 days on setup?

I have taskmaster and creeping death I can send you. However I want gamma Bomb so if you’d be inclined to buy that I’ll send you those two. But if not I’ll still send you those workouts!

Thanks man. I have those two...am just at a loss as to which one to commit to this cycle hehe. Did you have a preference?

Also SUPER interested in Gamma Bomb but just spent quite a bit of coin....need to see if the missus wants to go in on it with me. If we pick it up, I’ll definitely shoot it over to you.

I’m in the same boat for gamma bomb. Nationals took a nice chunk out of my piggy bank so I’m really torn between getting it or not. So I feel your pain brotha.

Personally it’s depends on what you’re going for. Creeping death is a bit older but it’s one of his best. However I really like the task master because it adds arms into the block sequence and periodizes to focus on every body part per 4 weeks so really helps develop the body equally
